Austin State University softball program and we want you to be a part of it. As the 2006 season approaches, we have a weekend full of activities to kick off a new era of Ladyjack softball. The weekend of January 20th is dedicated to bring together alumni, family and friends to meet the current players and coaching staff. This eventful weekend is a chance to celebrate all the past and future success of Ladyjack softball. With the anticipation of the new SFA Softball/Baseball Complex, the university, community and players are ready to take Ladyjack softball to the top of the Southland Conference and become a contender at the National level. The current SFA program and tradition would not be where it is today without all the hard work and success that former players put in during their time in a Ladyjack uniform. We want you to continue to be a major player in the SFA softball program as fans and supporters. Thanks in advance for your continued support of Ladyjack softball and we look forward to seeing you on the 20th. Go Jacks! The number one source of support must come from a loyal, dedicated, and educated fan base. We are asking you to take an active part in helping us build the community support needed to be a legitimate Division 1 powerhouse. We have included two powerful weapons to build the support our The first one is the "On Deck Circle". Proceeds from your "On Deck Circle" membership will enable the new baseball program to get started on the right foot and help to equip our players. Putting the face of a top notch Division 1 baseball program together and providing the community with real incentives to get involved are our biggest needs. The second weapon is the baseball and softball "Alumni Weekend". The sooner the community understands the impact an NCAA Division 1 baseball and softball program can make, relative to the number of economic opportunities we can present, the more support our programs will receive. Please read the information and let us know how you can be a part of this historic opportunity! Our two immediate needs include powerful incentives to get involved: 1) "On Deck Circle" Membership Goal - 1000 Members in 2006.
