President * Corpus Christi Hooks * Houston Astros' AA Affiliate
Gottsch enters his second season and his third full year as President of the Hooks in 2006. J.J.'s leadership and experience helped the Hooks finish their inaugural season with the third best attendance for all Double-A clubs and the 17th best attendance among the 120 full-season minor league teams in the country. In 2005, Corpus Christi became just the fourth city in the history of the Texas League to draw more than a half-million fans in a single season.
